Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, or that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
  • Swimwear, bodysuits, or intimate apparel if the hygiene seal is broken.
  • Any altered or personalized items.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 14-day window. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the items, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

In the case of an exchange for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. Subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
