  • All purchases are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

SignorinaEra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

The "SignorinaEra" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of SignorinaEra. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written consent.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content found on the Site, in whole or in part.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items, including clearance merchandise, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items only. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
